The Aura of a Healed Heart

This painting is deeply personal to me.

I painted it after my own heartbreak. At its center is a wound, deep and dark, where a sword had gone straight through my heart.

I know that kind of pain, the kind that takes your breath away and makes you wonder if you will ever feel whole again.

And then a single golden tear of God fell, and it brought comfort.

The golden lines and light codes spreading from the wound are like threads that gently sewed my heart back together until it could breathe again. The light codes, hand-written by me, carry this message: gold cleanses. It lifts away pain, grief and bitterness, and what remains is love.

This painting is for you if you have been through deep soul pain after a partner, a lover or an ex.

You are not alone with it. There is comfort in heaven, in the arms of the angels, and in the gold within you.

Red is the heart, life force, and the wound itself. Pink is tenderness and self-love. Gold cleanses and takes away pain, sadness, and bitterness. Like the golden repair of broken pottery, it does not hide the wound. It turns it into something precious.

For you: Your heart is not broken beyond repair. You are held, you are comforted, and you are healing.

This artwork comes without a frame. I want it to feel light and open, and the image with its message shouldn’t be boxed in or restricted. Skipping the frame also means less material and less weight in transit, which is kinder to the environment.
