"The Aura of Self Compassion"

Original energy painting, acrylic with gold leaf. Mudita, 2026.

How would you speak to a friend who is hurting? With patience, softness and kindness. And yet with ourselves, we are often the harshest voice in the room.

This painting is a soft place to land. Warm yellow light spreads across the canvas, and in its center glows a small, tender flame, held gently by a circle of gold.

The golden light code, hand-written by me into the circle, carries this message: you are allowed to be human. You are allowed to rest. You are already enough.

Yellow is the color of the sun, of joy and self-worth, the solar plexus chakra where we carry our sense of being enough. Orange adds warmth, comfort and healing. Together they feel like a warm hand on your shoulder.

Gold leaf is embedded in the heart of the painting. It stands for divine light and for being held by something greater, and reminds you that you are worthy of love, especially from yourself.

For you: Be as gentle with yourself as you are with the people you love. You are doing better than you think.

Round canvas, 30 cm · Hand-painted gold edge · One-of-a-kind original

Unframed, on purpose

I want the piece to feel light and open, with its message not boxed in. Without a frame there is also less material and weight in transit, which is kinder to the environment.
